If you are selling your property and/or house, you are required to obtain Maple Springs Property Owners Association approval. Part of this process is the Seller Disclosure Packet. Some of these documents (in Adobe PDF format) are included below to assist you in this process. There is a charge of $100 for providing this service and is payable in advance.
